Our story
Regain began with a simple question: why is India landfilling solar panels that are full of recoverable materials? Incorporated in 2023 after an extended, founder-funded research phase, we built India's first organised, full-component recycling line in Surat, Gujarat — recovering not just the frame and glass, but the silicon and silver that informal recyclers leave behind.
Our mission is to make the transition to solar genuinely circular, so clean energy stays clean across the whole life of the panel.

DirectorTwo decades of logistics leadership (co-founder of Surat Roadking, a ₹200+ cr transport enterprise). Owns reverse logistics — the largest variable cost in recycling.
Our facility
Surat, Gujarat — close to India's solar-manufacturing cluster and to port infrastructure for inbound logistics. Current processing capacity ~16,500 tonnes per year, expanding across additional lines.
